Becoming a Member

One of the things that we as an organization are proud of is our pledging process.
The pledging philosophy is "To treat the pledge as a brother in order to become a brother." This means that we treat the pledges with respect and dignity in order to find out more about the pledges. In return we get the same level of respect back.  And with this belief, the pledges gets to know the brothers in a relaxed environment. We NEVER physically or mentally abuse our pledges. All in all, we want to establish a relationship from trust and honesty, not out of fear and pain.

The plegding process has to follow the rules of the campus in which it resides in and by the rules set by Zeta Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
